“For me it started with the mind: Studying meditation, breathwork and philosophy to answer questions and find equilibrium. Then I fell in love with anatomy and the physical aspect of the practice. My approach is multidisciplinary and evidence-led. All of it centres around two tenets: yoga is medicine. Your posture is your psychology.”
I help students understand their bodies, deepen their practice and develop the confidence to adapt it throughout life
About me
My path into yoga began with meditation, breathwork and self-inquiry. Over time, a fascination with anatomy, movement and neuroscience expanded my understanding of practice and shaped the way I teach today.
For more than seventeen years I have taught yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing in studios, retreat centres, teacher trainings and corporate settings. My approach combines traditional practice with contemporary understanding, drawing on anatomy, movement science and evidence-based wellbeing.
I am known for thoughtful, intelligent tuition that helps students develop strength, resilience and self-awareness while building a sustainable practice for the realities of modern life.
